Head coach and director Paul Schiffel has been coaching for 23 years, fifteen of those in Hickory, NC.

Assistant coach Melissa Schiffel has been coaching for 4 years, two of those in Hickory, NC. Melissa Schiffel's accomplishments include:

• 4 time MVP Catawba College
• 2002 Lomax Award Winner - Top Female Athlete Catawba College
• 4 time St. Stephens Hight School MVP
• B.S. degree in Elementary Education

Salisbury Coach Betsy Graham. Betsy has been coaching for 17 years on the age group and collegiate.  She holds a level 5 ASCA certification.  She has a BS Degree in Recreation and was an NCAA Division I Qualifier, high school All-America and team captain.
